    Although there are more exciting players available that I hope somehow slip to us (Shaq Thompson), I'd be okay with Malcolm Brown or Washington's Danny Shelton being our 1st round pick. Either would be a huge upgrade over try hard but talent-limited Nick Hayden.

    Rolando McClain effect IMO. The defense started playing more aggressive after he was out there, flying around, dropping the boom on people. Scandrick has always been chippy though. He was just in the minority. We were too nice.
