Lloyd may return but their WR situation is awful, and their only big signing was 33 year old washed up Adrian Wilson and the awful Aqib Talib - again, unable to upgrade their terrible secondary (which could get even worse with injuries and jail time) because of their cap situation.

They didn't have money to franchise him. They did it in 2012, and so would have had to pay the 125% increase or w/e, but they couldn't handle that, even after restructuring Brady's deal so that they are basically paying him a salary of like 2 dollars or some shit. Because, like alot of teams...including us...they have to play the money game while they have a top QB.
Obviously they should've restructured more people, like mediocre overpaid guards and the like.
Oh. That's right... the Patriots front office isn't run by a bunch of idiots like ours is.
