This has to be one of the more pathetic showings ever so far.

Rams have had two EASY long drive TDS. Guys wide open all over. Run plays easily gaining yards.

Cowboys ran 3 pass plays, none of them close to being complete. Had a holding call on a kickoff return.

14-0 and we dont even have a first down.

Te comments after the scrimmage the other day were "thankfully they werent keeping score"...well they are today, and its just as bad if not worse.

Another 3 and out...net gain of 1 yd...another penalty

Best play of the ENTIRE first qtr for Dallas, a punt that was fair caught by the Rams returner.

NOT KIDDING

an abortion on both sides of the ball. about what I expected.
its beyond horrible...the Rams backups look like a combination of the 85 Bears and 89 Niners against us

VAST difference in how these two teams look on the field

Summary of 1st qtr-

Rams two drives, two easy TDS

We can't block. We can't tackle. They haven't even been close to covering a receiver. Front 7 getting pushed around badly.

Milton has looked very poor.

They haven't called a single running play. Milton has two completions, both behind or at the LOS

Two best Cowboy plays. A fair caught punt by their return guy and a hands to the face penalty against a Rams OL. (which the Rams easily converted after 1st and 17)

Don't fret guys. The plan is working - we're gonna be sneaking up on people all season you watch. Cowturd already has us last in the division.

Pre-snap penalties is why I'm glad I never went into coaching beyond pee wee. I fall into the black sleep of the Kali-ma and want to kill everything.

They look like they have never practiced.

Defense beyond terrible, most discouraging though is how bad Milton looks. Cannon arm, but he has basically come close to completing nothing. If not for Ram penalties we would have one first down in the entire half.

They cant even line up for plays the right way.

Was really excited bout Schottenheimer, but this is awful.

This is all new stuff with almost all new people who've had three weeks of work. Time is the fire in which we forge iron.

Poor first half in almost every way. Team looks slow and lethargic, no energy on either side of the ball.

Terrible defense on first two drives in which nearly every Rams offensive play worked to perfection. No pass rush and none of these DB's can cover anything. Run defense could have been worse but did give up two GL rushing tds that had very little resistance.

Offensively it was a real bummer. Milton had a really rough 1st half with a number of very poor throws, including one ball that should have been a pick 6. Missed what probably should have been a TD on one play because he threw the ball too hard and flat (no air under it)

Mafah, Brooks and Flournoy looked ok. Vaughn had a couple or three nice runs but one was wiped out by a holding call.

Horde of penalties on offensive and special teams, team couldnt even line up correctly on probably three plays (including a FG). Asim Richards was penalized twice for illegal formation.

Rams are not playing any of their key guys either, but look vastly better coached than us. It's only one half of one preseason game, but I see real problems at DB, DT and probably backup QB. Milton is huge is a great athlete (although he totally botched what should have been a simple 4th and inches sneak and we got lucky they didnt replay it, he definitely did not make it) and has a massive arm, but his throws were off the mark repeatedly.

Ass whipping in just about every sense tonight.

After preaching about being more physical all offseason and TC, they've been wiped out on both sides of the ball.

Tackling is porous. The coverage is awful.

Milton through three quarters has been a flop.

Like I said in other post, DT, CB and backup QB need to be priorities for them to improve on before they get to week one. I know some of it is injuries at CB, but they need some depth.

Best throws of the night probably on this TD drive. Finally threw a couple with some touch.

Still, more OL penalties and got completely stoned on a short yardage run inside the 5
