Why is it that the deeper the Rams go into their depth chart, the better Milton looks? Oh well, if the kid can learn to get the ball out faster he has a shot. He certainly has more talent than Rush, but he has to control that arm and play like he has a weak arm so he gets it out faster instead of holding it and then throwing a fast ball.

Right now he is too reliant on knowing he has a cannon. Maybe with more reps.

I personally have not seen anyone jump off the screen. I wonder if Schotty will say he kept it vanilla on purpose.

Jaxson Dart for the Giants might be more than just alright. Giants might have one. If so, after this year, the Cowboys will have the most expensive QB in the division and the worst QB in the division. Too early to tell on Dart, just sayin.

I wonder who Jerry Jones will waste a 4th round draft pick on this year? It's become an annual event.

And also that's the play that got Milton hurt, WTF. Here's a hint, Jerry. If the Pats don't want the guy, if the Niners don't want the guy, then chances are the guy isn't all that good. GMs don't "do a solid" for a player. They don't trade away good QBs for a song and a dance.

Rams closing in on 200 yards rushing, something like 130 or more in 2nd half alone now

This defense has been a joke.

QB2 a real need now. Reporters saying Milton couldnt throw the ball on the sideline after going out with an injury (on a damn handoff). They are saying elbow injury.

The Rams opened up holes with Lampkin at center, who was a guy that supposedly many teams had as undraftable because of his height.

I'd tell Jerry to just stick with Grier. I've seen worse. We need our picks!

Game one of Schottenheimer era in the books, and it was a complete flop.

Defense was nonexistent. Tackling and pass coverages both horrible. No pass rush to speak of and run defense was a complete sieve in 2nd half (Rams ended up with 181 yds rushing)

Offense, terrible. Milton had extreme accuracy issues for most of the game. Had one pick into double coverage and should have had a 2nd that would have been a Pick-6

Run blocking was so-so at best. Mafah ran tough with very limited space but Malik Davis had some nice runs in the 4th qtr when the Rams clearly weren't interested anymore.

Penalties galore and most of them seemed like they were on the OL.

Rams looked like a FAR better coached team in every way tonight.

Jones and McClay need to get serious about looking for help at DT, backup CB and probably backup QB.

So Broaddus is saying that the DL were playing with their pad level too high. That's one reason I mentioned Lampkin's (for Rams) height. He had great tape. But GM's shied away because of his height. But he always wins the leverage game because of it.

Winning wasn't the goal. Finding out what we have in the lower tiers, was.
