A bitch slapping like this would be quite nice.

This was our 1st series of the game. Emmitt's 1st carry of the year. 35-0 result.

Play woulda been called back today, Emmitt taunting them on his way into the end zone waving bye-bye.

Giants players talked all kinds of shit that offseason and in the weeks leading up to the game.

The only bad thing about that game was it was essentially the end of Kevin Smith. Blew that Achilles right before half time on a non contact play.

me too, its a damn miracle to have found what appears to be a franchise QB this fast

I was anticipating an abyss in the QB slot for the foreseeable future, so much so that I don't really think I could watch anymore.

Can you imagine watching this team with no Romo or Dak?

(Although Cooper Rush looks intriguing)

I m a hopeless junkie. I watched when Pelluer and Kevin Sweeney were QBs here.

I didn't say what he did wasn't justified, I remember this very well. I am only saying that today, in Goodell's pussified league, the TD would have been nullified because mean ole Emmitt mocked them.

I am going Giants, hopefully I am wrong and you can all thank me for propelling the Cowboys to victory later. I dont think the Cowboys can take advantage of the Gnats O Line, but I do think the Gnats can take advantage of the Cowboys secondary.

Loss #1: Dak and Zeke were rookies still getting their feet wet!!
Loss #2: Pre-game flurries are our Kryptonite! No team could win in conditions like that! :rolleyes

How many passing attempts did Dak make in that game? I seem to recall most had felt that the Cowboys should have rleid more on the running game --- common sense, but this is Garrett we are talking about, if everyone had expected the Cowboys to run bheavy in that game, Garrett would do the total opposite to catch the other team off guard.

too many new bodies and rookies on D coupled with Garret having too much time to prepare = 0-1 for the Cowboys

And yet without the Giants, in particular its founding owner Wellington Mara, there never would have been a Dallas Cowboys.

Garret having too much time to prepare

His track record on season openers, post bye weeks and now last years playoff loss at home vs a team they should have beaten is not good.

2016- lost season opener, won in OT after bye week, lost after bye week in playoffs
2015- won season opener (miracle), lost after bye
2014- lost season opener, won after bye week
2013- won season opener, won after bye week (both were vs NYG)
2012- won season opener, lost after bye week
2011- lost season opener, lost after bye week
2010- n/a, came on as HC after both

The common theme is other than maybe the 2012 opener at NYG, the team really didn't play all that well in any of the games. (They did play better than expected at NYJ in 2011 but found a way to lose in the end) Several flat starts that dug holes or just erratic play that idnt lead anyone to believe this was a well coached or prepared team.

It's a concern. When you combine that with all the young guys (many of who hardly practiced during camp and preseason) there is definitely an air of uncertainty that's absolutely warranted.

Nobody gives a shit about that any more Dooms

Wellington Mara's son is a piece of garbage and the current Giants are a bunch of trash talking boobs, that's all that matters.
