I haven't been all that huge on signing Waters, but if he is in good shape and is an improvement over Bernadeau, how is this an example of being dysfunctional?

No. I liked the Moore (almost) signing. I like adding Waters. We are just idiots the way we handle things.

Like I said many times before the problem with Jerry is how often he is wrong, how long it takes him to see he is wrong, and his refusal to learn from it. This whole thing is just another example of that process.

You're 100% right about all of that. W this team you have to take what you can get. Waters isn't going to participate in camp no matter what. Hopefully we can get him next week when camp ends
