Was anyone here on Parler before Amazon took it down? Have you seen any suspicious activity on the email account you used to sign up for Parler? I am hearing people claiming that various websites where they have accounts are reporting activity on new devices, which is indicative of someone hacking the account. If you used the same email to sing up for Parler that you used to open an account to do online shopping or other activities, be on the alert that Parler was hacked, your account was stolen and the hackers published the account information on Twitter.

If you are wise, you did not use the same email account for social media as you use for other online activities.

The damage was and still is the cancelling out of the Texas vote -and those of other states- by fraudulence committed in no fewer than seven states.
That might have been a cool argument and all, had it been included in the suit. Which didn't allege any type of fraud in any way, or that any Texas voters were injured parties. Article 3, section2, clause 1 is where the pothole was and what the basis for the dismissal came from.

Plus, Texas wasn't arguing that other states violated federal law, the argument was they violated their own state laws. Section 2 of article 3 is quite clear on this point - the court by definition has no jurisdiction over state law. The actual jurisdiction is clearly defined in the text, "United States Law." That's federal law its talking about there.

So Trump is kicking around the idea of starting a new political party and calling it the Patriot party.
Yeah I saw that a month or so ago, I lol'd it.

Everything he's done since the debate, for whatever reason or another, helps the dems!

That’s a great way to ensure that the Dems win every single election moving forward!

Not necessarily. Bernie Sanders runs as an independent or Democratic socialist and wins. Democrats know he will vote with them on almost every issue so they don't oppose him when he runs. The Patriot Party can do the same thing. Trump has a lot of supporters. He can pretty much control the Republican party. They were stupid to turn on him.

I prefer Trump leads a block of Republicans rather than starts a new party, but he could be using the threat of a 3rd party to pressure Republicans to give him a loud voice and also to keep them from convicting him in the senate impeachment trial.

Which, think about it. We're not dealing with idiots here. From Sidney Powell to Ken Paxton, these are LAWYERS. They're not stupid. So how come each and every suit they file is so silly and on its face has no standing? They have to have known that!

Dovetails into what I've thought all along - this is all about de-legitimizing Biden and the system, and not and never was about fraud, or the election outcome, or what is right or wrong. Just like the shit in 2000 and 2004 was, against Boooosh. Same fucking playbook. Only difference is, more people falling for it now.

The swamp stupid to turn on the guy who threatens it?

Your comparison is onerous - Bernie is part and parcel of the swamp. Trump threatens the swamp. If he creates his own new political party it's akin to what Perot did. Just splits the Republican vote. The swamp republicans WILL run a swamp guy and the right will have two to choose from. While the dems have only one swamp guy to rally behind.

The Texas lawsuit was a long shot from the beginning. And again, what they asked for was never going to be granted by any judge. But at the same time, Texas had a sympathetic argument. If some states ignore their own laws to "rig" elections, it does harm Texans who are also citizens of the US. It is a "loophole" in the way our government works.

The states would have to sue themselves in their own state courts to remedy the issue and that is never going to happen. In my state of NJ, the governor, who is a Democrat, mandated mail-in voting by executive order. At the same time he banned in-person voting. People turning up at voting precincts would be given provisional ballots rather than being allowed to vote on the voting machines we had used previously. This violated the federal and state constitutions but who has standing to correct this? Only the people of NJ, which is the Attorney General of NJ, or the state houses. They could have sued but the AG works for the governor and the states houses are about 70% Democrats so there was no suit to force the state to follow its own laws. NJ's election was illegal. Everyone knows it was illegal. But no court in the world would throw out NJ's ballots. And there is no time to order a second election, nor would any judge make such an order. So we accepted the results as if nothing was wrong.

If we are a nation of laws, then we cannot pick and choose what laws we obey and which laws we can ignore. And yet, this is exactly what we are doing now at almost every level of government.

Having read Trump's books, by turning on him the Republicans who did turn on him sent Trump on a mission to destroy them. Trump will back those Republicans who were loyal to him, like Devon Nunes, Jim Jordan, and a bunch of others. But McConnell, Cheney, Sasse, etc., Trump will make it his mission to see those people lose and lose big. The swamp revealed themselves and Trump's supporters have their names now. They are finished, like Flake and Amash. They know it too.

Anything short of Trump creating his own network/social media platforms will net him a big ass goose egg

He has officially been utterly and completely deplatformed and cancelled by the left

He has zero ability to grandstand and do what he does best

The left took ALL his power away from him by removing his ability to tell us what he was thinking while on the shitter at 3am

He has fallen in line, acquiesced and been made to bow and bend the knee before the almighty left.

The proof of this can be seen in his last two public speeches that he has given where he hasn’t said one word about voter fraud and he has accepted his defeat.

He has done EVERYTHING he said he would never do. He gave up. He gave in.

He is a beaten man who has gone silent and into hiding since being deplatformed by big tech.

Twitter was once his all mighty sword!

Then big tech took away his mighty sword that he so effectively wielded for the past four years.

Big tech told him to sit down and shut the fuck up. And he did!

The end

The 59th presidential inauguration will be largely virtual, but will still feature a number of ceremonial events and celebrations. Here’s what’s happening and how to watch from home.

Inauguration schedule

Coverage will begin around 10 a.m. Eastern, with the swearing-in ceremony scheduled for later in the morning on the West Front of the Capitol in Washington. Kamala Harris will first be sworn in as vice president by Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Shortly before 12 p.m., Joseph R. Biden Jr. will then be sworn in as president by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. The ceremony will feature a musical performance from Jennifer Lopez, and Lady Gaga will sing the national anthem. Garth Brooks is also expected to perform.

Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris, along with their spouses, Jill Biden and Douglas Emhoff, will then conduct a review of the military and visit Arlington National Cemetery to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns. They will be joined by three former presidents and their wives, who will also be present at the swearing-in: Barack and Michelle Obama, George W. and Laura Bush, and Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Finally, Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris will head to the White House. Instead of a parade along Pennsylvania Avenue, a virtual procession hosted by the actor Tony Goldwyn at 3:15 p.m. will showcase performers and speakers from across the country. Jon Stewart will make an appearance, and musical acts including Earth Wind & Fire will perform.

How to watch the inauguration and parade

  • The New York Times will stream the inauguration live, accompanied by real-time analysis and coverage from our reporters.
  • The Biden Inaugural Committee will broadcast an official livestream of all events on its website, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Twitch. The White House will also stream the inauguration live.

All about the prime-time celebration

At 8:30 p.m., Tom Hanks will host a 90-minute event that will include remarks from the new president and vice president and performances from Justin Timberlake, Demi Lovato, Ant Clemons and Jon Bon Jovi, as well as Foo Fighters, John Legend, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Bruce Springsteen.

Who cares? Noone voted for Biden. The celebration is about Trump. It is always about Trump. These deranged fools think they got rid of Trump, but he lives in their heads and they cannot get him out.
