I agree with your statement and sentiment, but in those people's defense the innocent bystanders are now all pretty much afraid to render aid for fear of the police and justice system taking THEM down and charging them with racism etc etc

that's what happens in China, the CCP has everything so upside down and everyone so paranoid, no one will help for fear they get in trouble. They have spit fights instead of actual fights because of the way the CCP handles disputes (the China Show has many videos showing 2 people with their hands behind their backs spitting in each others faces)

Just a reminder that NYC has some of the strictest gun laws in the country. Carrying a gun without a license, has a mandatory 3 years sentence in NYC. Notice how the shooter in this case paid no attention to that law?

I can't believe they tell everyone about the gun laws and gun free zones, but somehow these things happen in strict gun law and gun free zone areas.

Maybe they need to do a better job stressing their policies, like we do here at DCU. If they'd put it in big red block letters and all caps, I bet people would pay more attention.
