Yet another example of the incompetence of Joe Biden and the residual damage it will do. Brown-Jackson is not even faking it anymore. She is just writing opinions based on feelings, not law. This has to be an major embarrassment to the court, and another example of how DEI actually hurts the very people it is claimed to help.

IMO, this is why ACB wrote that scathing opinion singling out Jackson as a justice that does not even warrant a few sentences of rebuttal. Now Sotomayor has to explain to her again that Jackson ruled on something that is not before the courts. Can it get any more humiliating for Jackson?

The only question left is what will Roberts do. I suspect he will let her hang around, write her dissenting opinions, but also operate as an 8 justice court that ignores the 9th person.
