In Texas, our Governor pushed for and got a Bill passed that sets aside money for vouchers that parents can use to send their child to a private school/private religious school, if they feel like the public school in their area hasn't got their shit together.

U.S. Senators Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) and Ted Cruz (R-TX), along with 25 Republican colleagues, have introduced a resolution to designate June as “Life Month.” The resolution aims to commemorate the Supreme Court’s decision in June 2022 to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“Ever since I got to Washington, I have been a champion for the unborn. If we are going to dedicate entire months to recognizing every group under the sun, the least we can do is dedicate June to protecting the most vulnerable among us,” Senator Tuberville stated, “Now that Republicans control the White House, Senate, and House, we have to send a strong message: Republicans are the party that stands up for life.”

Just a reminder that the Democrat DOJ wanted to prosecute Trump for inciting the J6 protest simply because Trump gave a speech at a rally and even though he told the protesters to march "peacefully and patriotically" to have their voices heard. Yes, we continue to see Democrats obstruct justice, interfere with police operations and incite crowds of people to oppose the government violently and there are no arrests or indictments.
The double standard exists only because Republicans allow it to exist.
