Lmao

No shit!
The only reason he played 3 years instead of 4 is because he was suspended for a full year

He has played in 28 out of a total 66 possible games

He has played in less than half of the total games he “should have” been available for

A players best ability is his availability

He has missed games due to both injury and multiple suspensions. He is no longer available because he is indefinitely suspended from the NFL

If he is not available on game day then he is useless to the team

We have had enough losers on the team for far too long. It’s time to move on from the bad seeds and idiot players

We have held this manchilds hand long enough. He is too stupid to take advantage of the help the team has offered him. He has chosen to smoke pot over his NFL career. He knew the consequences if he smoked again.

Millions of kids would kill/die for the opportunity he has been afforded. He chose to throw that opportunity away. Repeatedly!

I have zero sympathy for him at this point!

And what was he suspended for? Weed right? So when weed is made legal that won’t be an issue. You would prefer to give him a talented player (who isn’t costing you anything) because he isn’t a Boy Scout?

No

It’s because he is an idiot.

I could care less that he (or anyone else for that matter) smokes weed.

What I do care about is that he chose to smoke weed instead of play for the Dallas Cowboys. He has clearly shown that smoking pot is more important to him than football and the team.

He had a choice to make and he made it. He can Enjoy the rest of his life without football.

Just like David Irving. They made their choices. Plain and simple. Both of them can live with their choices.

It wasn’t an accident that he smoked weed and got suspended indefinitely.

It was a choice to smoke weed knowing full well (and after being warned repeatedly) that he would be suspended indefinitely.

Every other player employed by the NFL knows the rules and lives by the same rules. Gregory is not special and does not deserve special treatment.

Well like it or not, unlike David Irving he isn’t going anywhere. Get used to it, Randy Gregory is going to be back on this team.

He also isn’t playing, considering he is currently suspended indefinitely

Well it looks like the deal for D Law has been worked out

He is signing for $100mils over 5 years. So he essentially accepted the teams last offer of $20mils a years which he originally declined.

I’m glad it’s finally done

I hope he has his surgery tomorrow morning and gets going on recovery ASAP.

Having both Tank and Quinn will hopefully turn out to be a killer pass rush this season. Especially now that the two pot heads are out of the NFL and no longer playing for the Cowboys

Now that all the big pieces are locked in, I'm hoping they flesh out the roster with depth all around.

So we frontload the bulk of that guaranteed money this year which means years 2-5 he's around $17m/year average.

Another way to look at it - this is basically a 3 year 'minimum' deal for $65 million (~$21m/year) which is going to look like a massive steal in another year or two when players of his caliber (and less, tbh) are getting 25/year deals

Cowboys signed P Kasey Redfern.

Redfern has only attempted one punt since arriving in the league as an undrafted rookie in 2014. He gives the Cowboys some depth behind starter Chris Jones, who averaged 44.5 yards on 60 punts last season.

How many months does indefinitely constitute exactly?

Just curious

Who says its months? It’s indefinite. That means there is no set time.
