I think Dallas is a DE away from being able to run a very active 4-3.

Ware being the weakside DE. Ratliff, Lissemore and Hatcher manning DT other DE IMO has to be a bigger guy to defend the run. Carter, Lee and Sims. I think if they go 4-3 Sims will be resigned.

Was listening to ESPN radio in Dallas and Brandon Carr was co-hosting. He did not sound at all upset about the news. Did say he was excited about what the change would bring. Interesting.
