Seattle let Steve Hutchinson walk. They weren't outbid.

I don't remember the details of that transaction, nor does it have anything to do with you lying and being blatantly wrong about the Wes Welker situation.

Keep spinning though.

That could just be maneuvering by Stephen with both Free's agent on taking a pay cut and Winstons to offer less money

Free is a dead issue. He isnt going to be here, period.

And although very unlikely, maybe they could swindle someone into a late rd pick in this year or next years draft. If they broadcast they have no intention of keeping him to everyone, nobody would do any kind of trade.

Eatman said what Bryan and Mickey said a month ago. Winston was cut because of hs contract, so was clabo. That s why free is in trouble his contract.

Don't rule out free staying on a new cheap contract, less than what Winston is asking.

Bottom line on all these guys I tried to say before, they don't have that much value. There is no need to pay Winston big money when he is just an ok player and that s why no one has signed him.

All i know is Welker/Manning is going to be a nice combination for fantasy football.

Amazing that the Cowboys were 20 mil over the cap.

Would feel much better if we snagged Clabo or Winston before the draft.

It would be one thing if we were their only choice but there are other teams interested.

LT Tyron Smith
LG Nate Livings (I guess)
C Costa vs Bernadeau
RG Jonathan Cooper or Chance Warmack
RT Eric Winston or Tyson Clabo

on what basis do we think clabo and winston are any better than free?

That isn't a defense of Free, I'm just saying why bring in more garbage. These are people whose teams didn't want them and still can't find a job. Why is everyone still so horny for them?

Both were financial situations. Both graded out much higher than Free. I think teams are interested and like us, are holding out in hopes to get them at a lower rate.

Also, neither one of them will carry us the $10,020,000 cap hit Free has, or the $7,000,000 in actual salary the Cowboys will pay Free in 2013.
