Just been looking at the snap counts. Obviously it's only one game and it's easy to overreact, but there were a couple of things that stood out to me...

Liufau saw only 6 defensive snaps. Murray played all 63 defensive snaps, Sanborn got 48, and Damone Clark got 42. Could it be that Liufau just isn't Eberflus's cup of tea?

Luepke only saw 8 snaps on offense. Needs to be at least double that imo.
Yep good catch, both are quite surprising IMO

Liufau seems considerably better on the field than either Murray or Clark are. Granted we never saw Murray play defense in preseason and they saw him every day in practice. But his review for the game was not good at all.

Luepke needs to be on the field more whether it's traditional FB, H Back or even as one back in short yardage run sets.

Both these are adjustments I'd like to see moving forward, as well as getting Tolbert off the field at WR. Really wish they could trade him for anything at this point.

I thought several second half snaps showed a d-line actually holding up the first line of defense well, in order to free up the LBs to make plays on the Philly run game.
Unfortunately, the LBs did not make most of those plays.
But again, not everyone has a Hurts at QB, so there's that I guess.
I'm still not the biggest believer in Murray or Sanborn at the second level.

Hurts and Barkley are hard to guard.

The 2nd half was far better, I think they only had like 30 yds rushing in the 2nd half.

Sanborn did ok from what I can tell, Murray missed some tackles in the first half but ended up tied for team lead with 9.
