A lot of good comments on this thread. I have so many thoughts and I am angry.
I keep reading from the left that we declared war. We did not declare war. We simply woke up to the reality we are already at war. They are willing to kill us. Before anyone uses the "it's just one guy" argument, please consider the millions, yes millions, of social media users who are giving hateful vile celebratory likes to those who are spitting on Kirks body. We are at war. The only question is when do we start fighting back?
I am torn between the right to free speech and the utter disregard for human life shown by so many on the left. A father of two young girls was separated from his family. I'll use those words because they seem to have meaning to leftists. People have a right to hate, and express their hatred. Of course their employers may not like how they are represented by their employees, but that is a private matter. Let the left expose themselves for who they really are. Is America still a country of decent people? Let's hope so because the behavior of Democrats should turn them off to the Democrat party. We need this if we want to restore our country to its greatness.
As for the shooter. I don't believe it was a pro. Lot's of people are proficient with weapons who are not pros. 200 yards is really not that far away. From an elevated position the shooter had a clear shot at his target. I am not saying some guy went out and bought a rifle yesterday and made the shot, but certainly someone with experience either hunting or target practicing could make that shot. Or it could be ex-military. There are lots of them around and some actually are leftist idiots. Also, we can't rule out the possibility he got lucky. The important thing is to catch the killer. My gut tells me if he needs help escaping, there are left wing idiots like himself that will help him, or give him a place to hide. Like I said, we are already in a war. The worst possible outcomes is the shooter is never captured.
Cash Patel is a moron for posting "we got the guy" then "no we don't". Of course he used the word "subject" not "suspect". A subject could be wanted for questioning as a witness. However, it would be helpful is the FBI would reveal why they took two people into custody in the first place. Maybe not now, but at some point in the future.
My anger leads me to want revenge, and swiftly. This is not like me, but I have had enough.
