The Oswald example - his first shot hit the traffic light backplate. his second one hit his intended spot - left torso from the rear equalling same shot if from the front. The head shot to follow was simply lucky, he was aiming again for a torso shot but led a little too far. Slug to the back of the head.

University of Texas shooter - like Oswald a trained Marine. All of his shots were upper torso. It's training. It kicks in subconsciously.

Im deadeye with either. I could give you 30 minutes training with a 30.06 and a 10-power scope and you'd be able to hit the human shaped target from 200 yards. You wouldn't be able yet to accurately PLACE the slug but you'd score hits. Another hour or so I'd have you putting the slug about where you want - but the trained target would be the upper left sternum.

Although.... I'm open minded. Perhaps a pro watched a decent amount of footage of this target just being basically immobile predictably for hours at a time. Only movements is mic up and down, water bottle up and down... A really skilled marksman could get that jugular. Target had a pattern. Habits.

He was a lame duck of a target. Not getting up walking around... Just sitting same spot. Very little movement...

Tendencies count in more things than just football.

As I said yesterday, the time has come for the FBI, local law enforcement and other agencies to be instructed to find each and everyone of these people who post this vile, evil shit online and drag these people out of their homes kicking and screaming. People that don't like it can eat shit and die.

Every single one of these people needs to be interrogated profusely. You cannot assume they are simply stupid people getting kicks by posting awful shit. When they say stuff like this, BELIEVE THEM and treat them accordingly.

They have the means to track down every single one of them, go do it.

No. No pro would try a head shot much less try to hit the neck.

This was an untrained maladroit who tried for a head shot just like the Trump shooter did but this one had "luck" and hit something else vital.

Pros are trained to target just to the left of the sternum. Upper left chest - big target, can't suddenly move and contains guaranteed vitals like the heart and left lung.

I'm leaning towards believing it was a hired pro too.

They knew this event would be seen by 1000's live, and countless millions would have access to TV & Internet. Whoever financed this wanted a very gory, very vile statement made to scare everyone LIKE Charlie Kirk to go into hiding and never come into public again. Shooting the guy in the jugular from 200 yds with a scoped rifle would not be an overly difficult shot for most with any sort of training, and for a "pro" it would be a lay-up. This was pure terrorism with the intent on silencing one political side, because that side is winning. They wanted all that blood.

This was broad daylight, middle of the day, middle of a work week. All sorts of security cameras. People in those buildings. Yet it seems nobody saw anything, they have no pictures of anything. They don't even have a general description. This person had help and my guess is the shooter is well outside our country now.

I was with some customers all afternoon. 100% agree and when this happened and the comments started coming from MSNBC we all said the FCC should remove them from the airwaves. I have read that apparently 1000's and 1000's of people are calling for this.
