By the way, the Woke league new hiring policies rewarded the Niners with two 3rd round picks for the Dolphins new HC because he "identifies" as multiracial.

The day is soon coming where the league is going to "reward" teams who hire minority HC's and GM's with even higher draft picks, probably even 1st rounders or maybe expanded cap rules which apply to the hiring team.

They need to make some significant changes to the run game scheme IMO, but the bottom line is they have 2 or 3 OL's that BADLY need replacing. At a minimum we'll be getting a new LG as Connor Williams is a free agent and I can't imagine we will try to keep him, but Biadasz and Lael Collins were lousy most of last year, especially the 2nd half of the season.
