big mike kickin things off

Every single player had a different face mask/covering on

The coach didn’t even have one at all

Why in the fuck hasn’t the NFL prepared an official N95 team licensed mask that everyone on the team and coaching staff is required to wear?

It’s not like the league and teams don’t have the money/time/resources to do so

There were some guys wearing bandanas and some wearing masks.

Even if it’s not a licensed nfl product, the teams should be providing some sort of standard that everyone should be required to wear. When you let the players provide their own masks who knows what type of shit they may show up with. Soon we will see bedazzled shit with gold chains on players around the league.

The NFL should have had this planned out and handled before teams started meeting in person

#Cowboys WR Amari Cooper says he and a number of offensive players have been working out pretty consistently together to get their timing right with QB Dak Prescott. Recently those workouts have been at Prescott's who just had a football field constructed at his home.

Slater 2
Cooper called the CeeDee Lamb pickup "great" and in working out with him said he was a "quick learner" and "fundamentally sound" Said with he and Michael Gallup going for 1k last year the expectation this year is 3k between them all.

Slater 3
Cooper said this offseason and Phase 1 hasn't been weird because he's a person that's always been able to adapt to any situation.

Slater 4
On what led him to choose Dallas over Washington despite more money? Valued the culture and atmosphere in & out of the building and referenced how being with another team helped him appreciate the Cowboys. Opportunity to be on a team he truly loved, wouldn't trade that for money.

Cooper told us the offense hasn't changed a whole lot though the verbiage has...went on to say his impressions of McCarthy so far stem from watching his teams in Green Bay and their consistency. At the Pro Bowl, Davante Adams spoke highly of McCarthy and his offense.

another one from slater
Cooper also said this offseason he spent time watching his tape, how he could have attacked the ball better. Worked out on machines at home and even got a gym membership when things started to open up but he repeatedly talked about how he was ready despite Covid challenges

Mike McCarthy was asked about Leighton Vander Esch playing more MLB in 2020.
Yes let's just be stupid about it, and put our spinal defect guy in the position that takes/delivers the most hits.

How dumb is a Zoner Monday edition:

After years of being handicapped with arguably the worst HC and one of the worst staffs in the league, they waste no time complaining already about a Super Bowl winning HC with a pretty respected staff that he put together, and the guy hasn't even coached a single game here.

And why? Because apparently he didn't give them all the info they wanted to here in a precamp conference call. Hasnt even started real practiced yet, and these bozos are already pissing their panties.

This league is not that physical anymore, not the way it used to be. Almost no team focuses on physically pounding the football between the tackles, it's a passing league.

Also, this team plays more nickel sets than true 4-3 sets anyway. Most plays there are only two LB's on the field.

You are arguing a point that doesn't really apply anymore.

Hope. Still the plan in Dallas. We moved Sean Lee to the outside because MLB is too physical, we needed to keep him on the field. Now suddenly it's not a problem. Even for a guy with a spinal defect.

And why? For gadgetry. They want to get Jaylon Smith more blitzing/pass rush opportunities.
