Not they intended to.

They do need a backup QB they can develop. It ain't Cooper Rush. He'd be lucky to be a clipboard carrying 3rd QB on most teams.

Chaisson's situation seems eerily similar to a few years ago with Danieelle Hunter. It got leaked that Cowboys scouts loved him a day or two before the draft, and dumbshit CZ-ers started throing up all over it "ughhhh....he doesnt have major production!!!!!"...."ahhhhhhh!!!!! he wasnt even the best player on that line!!!!!" "we better not spend an early pick on this guy!!!!!!"

A few years later, Hunter is one of the best all around DE's in the league and a consistent double digit sack guy. I think he had less than 5 sacks total for his career at LSU, yet has had double digit sack numbers 3 of the last 4 yrs, incl 14.5 each of last two seasons.
