The wellbeing of our Convo Community is of the utmost importance to us, and as concerns over the COVID‐19 (Coronavirus) continue to rise, we believe it's important to prioritize the health and safety of our community and staff. We are monitoring all information provided by public health officials and following recommendations in taking precautionary measures to minimize the risk to our interpreters, employees, and community.
We are committed to supporting you during this time by delivering high‐quality, reliable support during your calls, and interpreting accurate and timely information just as 911 operators and first responders do. Our support team is also available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your Convo services during this time.
Since the COVID‐19 virus has spread and is now impacting more communities and areas of North America, we want to share the actions we're taking to help protect our employees and you during this evolving situation to hopefully provide some peace of mind in the coming days.

Our team is committed to keeping all work areas clean and sanitized in order to protect the health of our employees and interpreters so we can continue to serve you. We will also be increasing staffing to ensure your service continues uninterrupted.
