It’s time to move on from Dez

In his 8th season, Dez still relies solely on athleticism. He pisses and moans all the time and hasn't produced in 3 years. Whether or not he's on the roster, the team needs to seek out a #1 WR.

Packers have gone 3 straight games vs Dallas with no holding calls

Who exactly are they supposed to hold? The defensive line is full of shit.

Dak Prescott is good, but he’s no Aaron Rodgers

The stadium issue is stupid. They have curtains, Jerry just cares more about the atmosphere than what happens on the field. Also, it's always the same side of the stadium. Could make that end translucent and then you solve the problem and keep your nice natural lighting. I'm pretty sure Jerry...

Should we draft a franchise QB in 2018 if we get the chance?

They need to draft some fucking defenders. Preferably one's that are: A) Not at risk for suspension. B) Not injured at the time of the draft. C) Not injury prone or with a significant injury history. D) Not named after food. Just look at the 2nd rounders from 2010 to 2016. Sean Lee...

DMN: Five thoughts from Cowboys' 35-30 loss to Rams

Jenkins was covering Jackson for the few plays that I saw.

DMN: Five thoughts from Cowboys' 35-30 loss to Rams

I don't think it will be resolved all that quickly. The NFLPA really can't afford to lose this one with the next round of CBA discussions coming up. If Roger's power is ruled as absolute, the owners will use that as a bartering chip to shift the percentage of revenue in their favor.

Is "I got paid" the real issue with Dez?

I don't think it's the payday. I just don't think the guy prepares himself like a true professional. For his career, his numbers in weeks 1-4 are significantly worse than at any other point in the season when broken down into months. He's the same guy that showed up to his pre-draft workout...

DMN: Five thoughts from Cowboys' 35-30 loss to Rams

He never lost a step in the traditional sense, he's only 22. He carried the ball 6 times in the preseason and started the year heavy enough to lack the same burst he had last year. Give it another month and he'll look much better than he does now.

DMN: Five thoughts from Cowboys' 35-30 loss to Rams

The shitty part is Janoris Jenkins is only elite against Dez Bryant. He's a very good CB but he literally shits on Dez even though Dez is 4 inches taller and 20-30 pounds heavier. But lets pretend Dez has faced elite DBs and so we shouldn't worry too much. Look at the fucking schedule and see...

DMN: Five thoughts from Cowboys' 35-30 loss to Rams

I'm fucking sick of hearing about how fearless he is every game. What if he isn't fearless, just really fucking stupid?

    Who you got? Week 4

Goff may not be ready, but if the pass rush doesn't show up I have little confidence in the secondary to stop the Rams WR. I imagine they'll shorten the game up considerably to start and take shots when Lawrence is off the field. That's how I'd play Dallas. Lawrence at 63% snap participation...

Cowboys rework deals of Tyron Smith, Travis Frederick

Would have preferred they never restructured Tyron even once. Now that they've done it twice, it's getting to the point to where his original cap hit as the contract was written is only marginally higher than the 2nd, 3rd and 4th revisions after restructuring. Never restructure him and his cap...

JJT: DeMarcus Lawrence vows to learn from mistakes after drug ban

Depends how they classified the drug. Recreational requires 4 failures. Performance-enhancing requires 1, I believe. His surgery was shortly before the Superbowl so a stimulant could be considered a PED until the league year officially ends. Hadn't heard he was ever fined so I'd guess he's...

JJT: DeMarcus Lawrence vows to learn from mistakes after drug ban

The substance he supposedly took (adderall or similar) isn't a medication anyone would receive simply because they are post-op. The NFLPA has a form on their website where players with valid medical reasons can appeal to have a drug exempted. The application would have to undergo review by the...

Randy Gregory fails yet ANOTHER drug test

The thing about coaching - like all things in life - is that some people have "it" and other do not. There's more to being a great coach than just using some catch phrases or talking about progress and "the processes". Garrett talks like the good coaches do, associates with them in an attempt...

Randy Gregory fails yet ANOTHER drug test

In the Zeke thread, a special someone reassured everyone by saying that the Zeke news, like the Gregory rumor, should be taken with a grain of salt. Two complete different things but it wasn't 2-3 days ago he was calling it bullshit.
