We have to draft OL this year. And I really think we will, despite all the (justified) complaining about not drafting there. Or at least get some better ones in FA. They have to see that this is unacceptable.

I like Church and always have. Nice find for an undrafted free agent. My only gripes are that one, there was no rush to do this. And two, it's not like he was great anyway. He was just okay. In theory anyway, a 5th or 6th round pick could easily beat him out. Hell, if Matt McWhiterson...

Probably so. Radio is playing audio this morning of Jerry basically 1) saying injuries are an excuse after the Sean Lee hit and 2) admitting he can take a bunch of losses and stay in place because he's the owner. :Emo

I feel the same. When no one's giving us a chance, that's when I start expecting a win. I'd feel better about it if they'd won that first game, though. I bet they'll be pretty focused to avenge that loss.

I don't get this. How can you possibly put Romo and Garrett on the same level? One has done great things in this league. One hasn't done shit. Get Mike Holmgren in here and you'd see what a real coach with some real credibility would do with these players.

This is probably the first week I don't have much interest in the TNF game. Seems like the matchups have been a lot better this year until this one. I'll probably watch for a while just to see how Ponder is doing and if the Vikes actually look like they could be for real, which right now I doubt.

I'd do it now if he'd go for it. It has to be cheap, of course, but I'd think he'd go for that as a 7th rounder who hasn't made much to date.

It does make you wonder why no one else wanted him. Not like we're the first team to get some linebacker injuries. Still, doesn't sound like the worst idea. I bet he doesn't play a lot anyway. We can use Connor on run downs and just use a safety like Mccray in the nickel.
