I think most people expected a hung jury. I thought it would we 3 or 4 women holding out for a Not Guilty verdict. Instead we got 1 brave man who held out for a conviction.

We now understand that basically the jury foreperson, a woman, was a moron apparently. Her note to the judge regarding the lone holdout juror not only divulged the breakout of the vote, but also which direction the majority was leaning. This was an absolute no-no. Then the judge divulged that information to the court, another no-no that should have led to an immediate mistrial. And of course the defense immediately used that information for try to get the lone holdout kicked off the jury. Fortunately the judge and the Mass Supreme court rejected that plea.

The prosecution made some big mistakes in this trial. They never should have questioned the grieving grand parents they way they did. It was unnecessary. They should have focused more on Lindsay's state of mind during the 18 minutes she killed her kids. They should have had better witnesses to testify about post-partum psychosis. I have already seen a number of doctors who are actual exerts in post-partum mental disorders on Twitter/X explain why Lindsay was not suffering from post-partum psychosis, starting with the fact that its onset is 2-4 weeks after birth of a child and 8 months would be extraordinarily rare.

They could also testify that psychotics hearing voice almost never obey the voices right away. The usually happens after a period of time when the individual becomes familiar with the voice. Lindsay hearing a voice for the first time and obeying its command is exceptional.

I don't know if the prosecution with retry the case or not. But the judge absolutely has to sanction Reddington for his abuse of the lone holdout juror. But he is a weak judge who let Reddington walk all over him the entire trial so I expect nothing will happen.

When I see these women who think the husband killed the kids even though Lindsay confessed to the crime I just wonder if anyone in the world of psychology is the least bit concerned about the mass insanity we are witnessing.

This theory started on social media and it is picking up steam, especially among young women. Social media will lead to the destruction of the western world and guess who is behind all of it? China. We know now China is behind the ridiculous hysteria over data centers. I have no doubt they are behind all of the stupid conspiracy theories on both the left and the right. Their goal is to create chaos in our society over the little things while they push their socialism into the US via useful idiots like Bernie Sanders, AOC and Zohran Mamdani.

I totally agree. The defense just confused the jury with all of their testimony about post-partum psychosis, the DSM, DSM-5, and the World Health Organization. It is all garbage designed to fool a bunch of morons into thinking Lindsay should not pay for killing her 3 kids.

The defense made Lindsay the victim in this case as if the lives of the children simply do not matter. Shame on the 11 jurors who feel for the defenses BS arguments. Lindsay needs to spend the rest of her life in prison.

She needs to be executed, but I guess because that state is so fucked up they dont even have that option for this monster.
