Brown-Jackson is looking like the worst Supreme Court Justice I recall in my lifetime, maybe the worst ever. Every Republican that voted to confirm her should apologize to the American people. ACB slayed her and some of her comments are even more blistering.

We cannot have low IQ activists on the Supreme Court. The senate erred greatly when they confirmed her.

I think what he's saying is that they're both low IQ and activists which make it worst.

I mean, take a look at this video. Kagan was against injunctions when Biden was president but somehow she supports them now? These people have no place on the SCOTUS but we're stuck with them until they meet their maker. But just imagine if they are the majority.....they would be a direct threat to the country.

KBJ also appears to be lazy in how she approaches her opinions. I believe it was referred to as "boring legalese". It may be boring, but then why be a judge if you find your job too boring to do correctly?

This is the problem with DEI hires. They make their special interest group look bad. Biden wanted a black female justice but he chose one who is not very smart or diligent. I find it hard to believe he could not find a qualified black female judge to nominate - or are all the smart ones also originalists?

The thing is, this is not the only opinion that Jackson wrote that defies the law. In the Harvard discrimination case she admonished John Roberts for applying the law to the case and not what she called "reality" . She thinks her job is to make laws and not just rule on the law. Maybe she finds the law "boring legalese" because she is so bad at it. But can you imagine the kind of horrible education her interns and clerks are getting working for her.

In the video you see Trump ratting out the GOP controllers, after which the "never Trump" voices which were few and tiny, got to be many and loud. To this point he wasn't perceived as a threat.

One other point about ACB's scathing attack on KBJ. John Roberts decides who writes the majority opinion for the court. He chose ACB to write it this time and I think it is because he wanted it to be harsh but did not want race or gender to come into it. He picked ACB because she is a woman, and has an adopted black child. It would be hard to attacker her with the race or gender card. It think it can be deduced the conservatives have had enough of Jackson's silly excuse of lack of legal justification for her opinions and were deliberate in issuing such a harsh takedown of Jackson. Jackson's dissenting opinion are often attacks on the conservatives.

I hope this unites the conservatives against the liberals.

And by the way, the conservatives on the court got this ruling exactly right.
