I don't get the sudden appearance of Iran supporters. Even if you hate Israel and Jews supporting Iran is lunacy.

It is hard to believe someone as smart as say, Tucker Carlson, does not understand why it is bad for Iran to have nukes. It is also hard to understand why they are not okay with Israel being the proxy for the rest of the world to take out Iran's nuclear capability.

When I hear someone like Mark Warner, the Democratic leader of the Senate Intelligence Committee say there is no evidence that Iran is trying to develop nuclear weapons I can't help but wonder what is going on. We know Iran is extracting U-235 with high speed centrifuges, and we know they are refining it to levels only useful in making nuclear weapons. While we may not have pictures of them assembling an actual bomb, refining uranium is a a pretty strong clue they want to build a bomb. In fact, there centrifuges have been blown up before and attacked with a computer virus from an unknown source, but suspected to be the US. Iran rebuilt the centrifuges both times. Another strong indication they want to make a bomb.

There's zero doubt they're trying to assemble nuclear bombs and there's also about a 100% chance they'll try and use it on Israel. If Trump gets to appoint another justice this term, let it not be a conservative woman, unless it is a die hard like Jeanine Pirro. Barrett is turning out to be a Sandra Day O'Connor, who also started out as a conservative them began a shift to the left until she retired.

The article indicates the liberals justices, especially Sotomayor began courting Barrett, probably recognizing she was weak in her convictions. I expect Barrett will go full liberal before long. That leaves only Roberts to hold the line and that is not a good place for conservatives to be. Roberts is also weak and at times irrational.

What we need is for Sotomayor to resign so Trump can appoint a very reliable conservative like Alito as a replacement. That would neuter Barrett.

Why would she resign? Thomas is going to retire before the end of Trump's term. The SCOTUS is going to stay the same for a long time. Both Barrett and Kavanaugh are underwhelming and not true constitutional conservatives. The leftists on the court are radical loons and won't really split on any constitutional issues.

No liberal will resign. They will all hold on until they die, like RBG. My thought was more a wish than a prediction.
