I think that, the FL Governor should appoint MTG to Rubio's Senate seat.

Kinda think this might be true. Vance reportedly met with Dewine and by the end of the night, Trump had reportedly settled on Marco Rubio as Sec of State. Vivek was the other person he was strongly considering.

Will be a great addition to the Senate if he gets the nod.
