Back in 2020 people used to ask me all the time did I know anyone who actually had COVID. I said no until about October of 2020, 10 months into the great pandemic. The vaccine boosters have been available for people since September of 2021, at first just for seniors and people with certain pre-existing conditions. Within 2 months of the booster availability I started hearing from vaccinated, boosted friends and family that they caught COVID. As of now I personally know 5 families across 4 states who got boosted and caught COVID shortly after receiving the booster shot. My son's family, except for my son, got vaxxed and boosted and a month after the booster they all got COVID. My unvaxxed son had the sniffles and a headache for about a day and a half. His vaxxed and boosted wife had it much worse, but still no worse than the flu.
All the anecdotal evidence shows they boosters do not work, even for a short period of time. Recommending a 4th shot is just throwing stuff at the wall hoping it works, or worse, it is a dishonest attempt to convince the public the government is doing something. It is amazing to me how many things we simply accept in this country even though our eyes tell us otherwise.

I was under the impression that the Swine flu vaccinations were stopped after one soldier died and 5 other people came down with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Studies revealed an slight increase in the incidence of BGS but the public response was sufficient enough for the government to halt the vaccination program after only 25% of the public had been vaccinated. Oddly, today, with substantially more evidence that the vaccines have harmful side effects, the media and half the public seem to be supporting additional vaccinations. The media has taken a dramatic turn away from what it was in 1976, and not for the better. The program in 1976 was unnecessary. The vaccines today do not work. Yet the keep up the same false story that the vaccines lessen the chances of hospitalization and death. They told us that before the boosters. But if it was true, then why would we need the boosters?
The fact is the data do not support this lie. More people have been hospitalized and died from COVID since the vaccines were available than before the vaccines. This could not possibly be true is the vaccines reduced the effects of the virus. What we learned is the first two shots had about a 5 month period of effectiveness. Now, the boosters are good for just a few weeks.

Korda, 23, was in Ponte Vedra Beach on Friday for a photoshoot and commercial appearance. After working out that morning, she experienced swelling in her arm. Korda's doctor advised her to go to an emergency room, where doctors found a blood clot.
"I am currently at home getting treatment to eliminate further risks," Korda wrote on her Twitter account. "I will communicate my status as and when there is more information. In the meantime, I want to thank everyone for their support and ask for privacy for all our family during this time. I hope to be back soon."
Earlier this year, Korda was ranked No. 1 in the Rolex Rankings for the 26th week, which passed two-time major winner Stacy Lewis for the most time spent at world No. 1 by an American women's golfer. She is currently ranked No. 2 behind South Korea's Jin Young Ko.
Korda and her older sister, Jessica, are two of the LPGA's most popular players. Nelly Korda has won more than $6 million in career earnings.
