I honestly think we lose the next 4. Does anyone else feel that way?

4 loses gets Garret fired. There is no doubt. So we will go 9-7. It's an improvement on last year plus a rebuilding year

Garret gets extension

Bingo. Whatever creates maximum pain, that's what we'll get.

I expect us to beat a Bears team that doesn't care and we'll get 10 days of sickening Red Jesus pump up articles.

My buddy at Valley Ranch just said that Garrett stays no matter what. :( Please let this be the summer Jerry's liver finally says "fuck it, I'm out."

With all the ready made and built in excuses he has, starting with Tony's back issues, this does not surprise me in the least.

If he was 100% guaranteed of being back, he'd already have a contract extension.

Translation- he isn't guaranteed to be back

He'll be back. Jerry is just waiting to make sure he can sell it.

They aren't going to lose the next 4. They'll probably go 2-2 (beating the Bears and Skins) to finish with 10 wins. Even if they miss the playoffs, Jerry can sell the unexpected improvement in what was supposed to be a down year.

He wants to keep Garrett......he just needs to be able to sell it.

It is unfortunate. I don't think Garrett offers any advantage on game days.

But, until Jerry takes a step back and let's a real football person run things, it doesn't really matter who is coaching.

Well shit...now I'm worried because dbair's level of wrong is way up there.

What makes us think he gives two shits about "selling" it? Selling it to who? Certainly not to the fans. He doesn't give a red rat's ass what any of us think.

"Selling" it means what, platitudes and the use of all the built in excuses for this season, starting with Tony's back? It's not a selling job at all.

dbair promised he'd be fired last year if we didn't make the playoffs, too.

I'm starting to doubt his sources.

Keep preaching, brother. It can't be said enough.
