Do not agree, paying him $10M for 1 year is crazy stupid. Either move on, or get him to sign a much more reasonable contract. Paying him franchise money and letting him leave next year is the dumbest option available IMO. If Spencer was the difference in whether or not we were a championship team then maybe we could do this. He isn't.

I think a 3rd, and a 2014 3rd if he makes the probowl is fair.
