My guess is he's done for the year and will go on IR, it kinda sux because as Romo mentioned during the game Price has been a nice rotational guy. No sacks but he does get a good push inside and was pretty good vs the run.

Defensive tackle Brian Price suffered a sprained MCL and dislocated patella tendon that will keep him out for some time. He will get more tests Monday morning.

and not like its alarming or anything...

"we told each other we weren't going to worry about the outcome of the game."

lmfao

that explains a lot. it really does.

Following the tilt, Chiefs linebacker Tamba Hali said Dallas is the best team in the league right now.

"I think that's the best team in the league," Hali said, via the Dallas Morning News. "... Apart from us, that team is really good."

When asked specifically if the 5-3 Cowboys were better than the one-loss Eagles, Hali went with the recency bias.

"Yeah," Hali said. "My personal opinion."

Apparently Deion Sanders took offense to Romo’s “he makes Deion look like a good tackler” comment during the game. Deion took to the cameras this morning and unloaded on Romo. It’s pretty damn funny
VIDEO: Deion Sanders ups the ante, tears into Tony Romo
See the video here

"Tony, I tried my best to take the high road but ...I don't know the address to the high road, so I got to come at you man." said Sanders, smiling. "Ten years as a starter you were 2-4 in the playoffs. [You] ain't won nothing. I tried to bury the hatchet.

"We both work for CBS. I went and shook your hand and said 'Tony, you're doing a great job this year!'. I thought that would be it, but not unless you keep on shooting at me. Tony, what's going on man? I got a gold jacket that I didn't buy. Dak [Prescott] says hi, and bye.

"Tony, leave me alone man. I got a lot of ammunition man. How many interceptions, 19 in 2012? Come on, you threw to everybody but me.

"...Come on man. You know you never won the big one. You know you never won the big one, so stop. Leave me alone. I tried to take the high road but I don't know the address."

Just stop shit for brains, this act is old and tied.

Stick to making improvements to how the forum works or something, because your football commentary is a waste of time.

Don't blame me that you don't know what actual offensive holding looks like. It's really not my fault.

Dude, you're the only one in this forum that doesn't know.

At least you don't know what it is when our guys get held, all holds on us are legit however.

And "they can call holding any play" but choose not to for 21+ quarters when we are on defense. I'm sure its just a coincidence.

Romo just laid out two truths.

1. Garrett doesn’t do “schematics” but sees the big picture with culture. That’s not a coach.

2. He said Dallas is doing a lot more “misdirection” than earlier in the year. He said they were the just lining up across and trying to beat the opponent but now doing more with Witten and misdirection.

1. Yep, the actual coaching is done by the coordinators. Garrett does press conferences and cliche t-shirts.

2. This was one of my biggest complaints of the first few games. Why weren't we using the misdirection bootlegs and rollouts like last year? I have no idea, but at least we started doing it again. (My guess -- at first Garrett was trying to make Dak into an Aikman type more stationary passer just like he foolishly did with Tony.)

You don't understand, and that's not surprising.

Our opponents are simply better coached, they know much better than we do how to get away with holding. It's not difficult - the refs are going to call the blatant obvious bearhugs and the horse collars, the jersey stretches and the armbars. They DON'T typically call it when it's done subtly and if done right, they don't even see it. The fact that they COULD call holding on just about every play says nothing at all about how they call it and what they actually will call.

You didn't notice we cleaned our own act up quite a bit between last week and this week? You're not even watching for it.

he's like a dog on a bone with lockjaw on certain subjects, nothing short of dynamite or a bat to the head will get him to relent
If you had some disagreement with what I posted, you would opine such.

I just refuse to give any of the conspiracy moonbattery shit any credence, and instead try to explain the statistical anomaly with a degree of logical probability. It's much more probable that we're just blatant and sloppy and the opponent is better at holding than we are, combined with simple happenstance.

But, people who continue to insist there's some conspiracy to help Dallas opponents, aren't?

I'm just busting' your ballz doom, you're just very demonstrative on any subject you feel certain about, which is fine, it is what it is, many times I agree with you. In this case, I think it is odd that its been so long that a holding penalty has been called on opposing offenses but like you, I can't buy its a conspiracy against the Cowboys either.

Given how the league benefits greatly from the Cowboys success, it makes far more sense that teams are not blatantly holding, refs are innocently missing calls and/or perhaps there are a few refs who aren't Cowboy fans and even though they desire to be fair, they subconsciously see things unfavorable (i.e...throw or don't throw flags) to the Cowboys...kind of like some fans can't see Wentz as being a good QB because he's an Eagle, despite mounting evidence to the contrary.

The refs are human and I'm not sure its possible to be completely unbiased given our nature

But, people who continue to insist there's some conspiracy to help Dallas opponents, aren't?

Absolutely, including yours truly at times, you're just especially fun to mess with
