It's on the list which means it's supported.
I'm assuming therefore that you might be using the wrong link for sharing?

Except... I checked and that's the only one they give you (if you're not logged in.)

Rumble blocks some IPs from accessing their site. If your server's IP just happens to be on their list, it won't be able to convert a normal link to an embed. What you can do is post the "embed" link instead. Click on the "Embed" icon on Rumble then copy the "Embed IFRAME URL" link. It looks like this:
