This judge is 100% wrong in her legal reasoning. The Supreme Court already ruled that the president has the authority to halt immigration, or impose travel bans to anyone at any time for any reason or no reason, except if the decision is based on race or religion. He can halt immigration from every country if he choose, which has already been done in this country multiple times.

She is also ruling on a national issue from her seat on a district court which the SC ruled she cannot do.

No doubt this judge is a Trump hating liberal and was picked specifically by Democrats to hear this case and rule as she did. The Supreme Court will overturn this.
