If you watched the trial you would make note of the fact that every doctor who testified for the prosecution because they treated Lindsay was a female. In fact, Dr. Tufts, the doctor most vilified by Attorney Kevin Reddington, was female. In the meantime, the top defense psychology witnesses were all males and her attorney was male. This has nothing to do with patriarchy. That murderous bitch has a supportive husband,, two supportive sets of parents, a nanny, and multiple doctors all trying to treat her - she lied to all of them and stopped taking medications she was prescribed. I am still waiting for the judge to silence the jurors and the defense attorney for their diatribes against the long holdout. The jury foreperson complained to the judge he was not following the law because he didn't agree with her. They claimed he said he had doubt but would not consider it in his decision. Of course this is all coming from the defense who should not be talking about jurors like this. But the judges instructions on reasonable doubt included the statement that reasonable doubt does not mean NO DOUBT. No one can be certain if Lindsay was psychotic at the time she murdered her children. NO ONE. But the question for the jurors is, did the prosecution prove beyond reasonable doubt that Clancy was aware and in control when she killed those kids. The evidence show she was to a high degree of certainty. IMO, and I know I am right, that lone juror was the only juror in the room who did follow the last and the judges instructions. The rest of them ignored the law, the evidence and the judges instruction on reasonable doubt to come to a not guilty verdict.

What is interesting and another reason to believe she is guilty is her defense was inconsistent. First they claim she was mistreated by her doctors and they overprescribed her medications which caused her psychosis. Then they argued it was post-partum psychosis brought on by the birth of her 3rd child. so which was it?

If she had post-partum psychosis then wouldn't prescribing her anti-psychotic medications be the right course of treatment? And she was not taking those medications for months before she killed her children anyway, so how could it be the medications? And how could she have post-partum psychosis 8 months after she gave birth, that is months outside the norm for post-partum psychosis.

The defense's story was a ruse to confuse the jury. She killed her kids. She planned it. and she was well aware of what she was doing and that it was wrong. The murderer needs to go to jail for life.
