This hits the nail on the head. The defense has made Lindsay the victim while those three young babies were completely ignored. I hope the jury see through it but teh judge in this case seems very partial to Clancy.

There are 9 women on that jury and only 3 men. I expect at best a hung jury, but more likely an acquital.
I cannot tell you much I despite the defense attorney in this case. Not because he is defending Clancy but because of how he defending Clancy and his duplicity when presenting his defense. For example, in his closing arguments he criticized the prosecution witnesses for trying to destroy the reputations of his star witness, and good friend. In the meantime he spent the entire trial destroying the reputations of several psychiatrists who actually treat Clancy. In his closing arguments he also attacked the prosecutors on an almost personal level.
I realize he had not case. She is as guilty as sin. But that is no reason to act so unprofessionally.
