This case was a travesty of justice that has got to be overturned at some point. I've posted a number of times about the lack of evidence, her credibility, NY state changing the law to allow this case to be brought in the first place and the judges poor decisions (intentionally) depriving Trump of a fair defense. But keep in mind this was a civil trial, not a criminal trial where the burden of proof is much greats. Note, there was never a criminal case against Trump, or any of the 7 men Carrol accused of raping her. People who claim Trump is a rapist, or sexual predator because of this case need to be reminded that this was not a criminal conviction and Trump was not proven guilty of anything. But the mission was accomplished by Democrats. They got a finding of liability against Trump in a Kangaroo Court just so they could call him those names.

I believe a higher court outside of NY would overturn both verdicts against Trump but because it is a civil case I don't think the higher courts will get involved.
