I have zero desire to ever visit that country, everything is apparently smoke and mirrors. That video shows a high rise apartment with the windows attached to the exterior foam insulation vs the metal or concrete structure so if you leaned on it, you'd likely fall to your death along with the window. This only applies to the few that are finished, many are simply unfinished shells built during a frenzy of investment and fraud. Apparently property values have completely reversed course and have lost a ton of value with many being 10% of original cost. The video is long but a great listen.
