So question, is it really "punishment" for a homo like this to get thrown into the general population where they can "take turns on him"???

Hopefully they turn him into a human toilet and beat the crap out of him all the time, but the rough prison thug sex will be a treat for Lemon.

The reality is he won't see a full night in prison. And it will be an uphill battle to convict these loons in a liberal city. They're too ideologically compromised. I guess that's a smart way of saying "they're bat shit crazy..."

They'll be in the judicial district where the crime occurred so it's most probably Minneapolis (MN). I don't know how you shop that venue to a more "favorable" district.
