I agree. They all need to be charged, tried, and if convicted given some prison time. The way to stop the violence is to show the offenders violence will not be tolerated.

What continues to piss me off is Local News stations, when reporting on things like an intoxication manslaughter suspect, the ones with 4 names for their name, makes no mention whatsoever of their immigration status, nor do they allude to it.

As a citizen, this is what I want to know.

Do people realize we have been deporting criminals and separating them from their families for years? Even legal immigrants get deported for committing felonies and this is not new. Anyone familiar with the Real Housewives of NJ story? Joe Guidice came to America with his parents as a 1 year old baby but never became a naturalized citizen. As an adult he and his wife committed the white collar crimes of fraud and tax evasion. They were both convicted and sentenced to prison, she for 14 months and he for 41 months. After he served his sentence a judge ordered him deported to his birth country of Italy despite the fact he was married to an American citizen and had 4 young children. He has been fighting to come back to America every since but is still officially banned from returning after 6 years. Giudice's story is not that unusual. If you are not a citizen, do not commit crimes in America or you will face deportation regardless of your family status. There was no outrage when Guidice was deported and separated from his family.

Many states still do not keep crime statistics based on legal status. This is why they can claim illegals are less likely to commit violent crimes than citizens. It is BS.
