The usual crowd of liberals are really whining about this claiming it is against the 1st amendment, freedom of speech. It's funny how freedom of speech only matters sometimes. And of course the inventers of the term hate speech are the ones defining what is hate speech and what isn't. "Death, Death, to the IDF" is apparently not hate speech.
In any case, the 1st amendment only applies to people actually in the US, and things people say, or policies they support can absolutely get them a denial of a visa. That has been true for years.

Diesel vehicles older than 10 years and petrol vehicles older than 15 years are no longer allowed to refuel at petrol stations. This directive from the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) follows a 2018 Supreme Court ruling. The ban is being enforced through CCTV cameras and speakers at petrol pumps, alerting authorities about end-of-life vehicles. The move affects an estimated 60 lakh old vehicles in Delhi. We need a constitutional amendment prohibiting the federal, and state governments from giving money to private organizations. The government choosing winners and losers violates the 14th amendment equal protection clause. And Republicans are just as bad as Democrats. Why do they allow government money to go to planned parenthood for example? Imagine what Democrats would do if Republicans voted to send money to the NRA. It all has to stop. It is corruption.
