To me this is just more evidence that Democrats and judges have been working together for a long time. Look at the prosecutions and law suits in NY against Trump. It is clear to me the judge assignments were rigged, not random, and the judges rigged the cases against Trump. I have no doubt the judges were taking orders from a Democrat party "deep state".

The short of it is, Trump appeals his civil suits verdict and penalty brought by Letitia James. His case was heard 0ver 290 days ago and the appeals court has still not released its decision. Most appeals cases are handled in 2 months or less. There is suspicion that Trump will win this case but it is being held up by the presiding justice who is a close ally of Kathy Hochul, Democrat governor of NY.
During the hearings, at least 3 of the 5 panel justices grilled the NY solicitor general on and questioned this case from top to bottom. Once justice asked if there were any other cases like this brought to trial, specifically pointing out that in this case the fraud had no admitted victim. Another judge stated this was a deal between two equally sophisticated business partners, and that the partner allegedly defrauded had the opportunity to verify all of Trump's valuations, which were simply opinions of valuations.
NY State judges are clearly compromised, and corrupt. This court should release its decision on this case immediately. Trump, like every citizen is entitled to a speedy trial, and appeal, as well as equal protection, and due process.
