After reading the dissenting opinion of the 3 liberal justices, I am even more convinced they are all idiots. For one thing, they seem to not understand the difference between adults making decisions and minors, as this bill addresses only minors having transition treatments. But why not lie? It is the same tactic they use when discussing illegal immigration. They ignore the illegal part and just call them immigrants as if the president is deporting legal immigrants.
Sotomayor claims not allowing children to have permanent mutilating surgery is the same as the racial discrimination blacks faced in the deep south. It is moronic logic like this that makes the 3 liberals the dumbest justices we have seen on the SCOTUS in our history.
