Well they put that on hold because Jerry is going to use the NFL for the cap penalties.

The one silver lining to Jerry is slowly fading.

Great business man getting bent by any and every player and doesn't have the spine to challenge the cap penalty. And make no mistake, he's not challenging that penalty for fear he'd probably lose that case.

We have the potential to be. Both Romo's and Lee's contract were set up to where restructuring pretty much has to happen. Many players's contracts are in position to move on from if they under perform this year (Carr, Claiborne, Free, Parnell, Church, Melton, Bernadeau, T.McClain, Mincey, etc.). If a new coach wanted to dump contracts and bring in some help, he would have that capability next off-season. Plus, out of the $8M to $10M cap room we have right now, that we don't use for Dez and Tyron, will roll onto next year.
