Apparently they went ahead and gave him the 500k as an addition to his 2015 base salary, and he will be reporting and practicing now.

Easy concession. Giving him what he probably could have gotten anyway. I still don't think that Mincey will be anything this year. Too much freaky stuff at DE that a bland player like. Mincey is eventually going to be depth and ST. I still think Gardner may surprise. He has some freak ability and he plays inside and DE.

Yep he got his bump and NO fines at all for time missed. I think it helps to get it out of the way, he was something like the 75th overall paid for his position and I think most anyone would agree he surpassed that pay grade.
