Congress votes on all the rules that apply to them which is why it is so important for the people to pay attention and treat these people like employees regardless of party. Unfortunately, the voters are no more interested in winning for their party than doing what is best for the country. The convention of states may be the only choice we have to fix this. Congress is not going to do it to themselves.

Notice how they do not specify what illegal orders should not be obeyed? There are no illegal orders. These members of congress are literally committing sedition and it is on video. Democrats are playing a game. Republicans will appeal this federal judge's ruling. The appeals court will probably be Democrats who will drag this out until it is too late to redistrict before the election. Democrats spit on Democracy every day while accusing Trump of destroying Democracy.

These 6 are running around acting like "who me?" and "we did nothing wrong". They are claiming victimhood, which is what the left always does. But if we allow members of congress to openly call for the military and other government officials to disregard the orders of their president and commanding officers, then we will become a lawless nation. They claim they are merely asking the military to defend the constitution, but the constitution say the president is the commander-in-chief.

This is the game they play. Like the memo signed by 51 intelligence officials claiming the Hunter Biden laptop has all the earmarks of Russian disinformation, insinuating it is fake using their credentials to bolster their assertion, these member of congress are insinuating Trump is giving illegal orders. When confronted the intelligence officials are denying the called the laptop fake, and these congress people are now claiming they never told anyone to disobey legal orders. Of course they never defined what illegal orders were given or which orders to disobey. They left that up to the members of the military who are in no position to make that decision. Clearly, the video was intended to sow dissention in the ranks. It was intended to turn the military against their commanding officers. That is called suborning sedition, which is a crime.

We let them get away with everything. Fake impeachments, fake insurrections, jailing conservatives for years for trespassing, banning us from social media, fake prosecutions, spying on conservative senators, lying under oath, and now this. Is it any wonder these people have the audacity to make such a video? They knew nothing would happen to them.

So what's next if they get away with this? Either we charge them and punish them by kicking them all out of congress or we can expect even worse behavior in the years to come.

And btw, if these people are willing to do all these illegals things with impunity with the justification that anything to stop Trump is okay, then are we sure they would not also commit voter fraud?

The rulings from U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie amount to a stunning rebuke of the Trump administration’s efforts to target Trump’s political opponents as well as its legal maneuvering to hastily install a loyalist prosecutor willing to file the cases.

The cases were dismissed without prejudice which means they can be brought again after the DOJ cleans up the minor technicality - which had nothing to do with the merits of the case. It's too bad because this was an unforced error by the DOJ. It could have been avoided by adding a legitimate prosecutor to the team, or using a properly appointed prosecutor to try the case.

The DOJ will bring this case back to court. The evidence against Comey is overwhelming. The only question is, can they get an unbiased judge and jury to here the evidence and return a proper verdict.

Right now, I would say the chances of getting both are slim to none.

Not just veterans, everyone should be demanding these 6 face prosecution for sedition. We cannot allow this and the reasons should be obvious. Remember, these people tried to prosecute Trump, and would have if he did not win the election, for inciting an insurrection even though he told his followers to march peacefully and patriotically to have their voices heard. Trump neve told anyone to disrespect or disobey police or any law enforcement.

These six Democrats strongly insinuated that the president was giving illegal orders and that they, the military, should not carry them out. They even threatened military member who carried carried out Trump's orders with Nuremberg style tribunals. The intent was clear and military code of justice is also clear. Any attempt to sow discord or mutiny in the ranks is a crime.

We cannot go to the place where anything goes, at least for one party. We must restore civil order and civil discourse. The only way to do that is punish those who step out of line so that everyone knows there is a line that cannot be crossed.
