In 1965-67 my dad as contract manager locally for Pittsburgh Plate Glass, oversaw the glass work on the 14 story super luxury condominium being built in the newer Wolflin development in Amarillo. It was to be called the LaTour. It's still there today. But below, read who it was named for. Fantastic story. Should be made into a movie.
