That's nothing short of a mental disorder and I'd bet if someone looked into it, you'd see some real shit in that kid's childhood.

This is an advertisement for universal healthcare. What people fail to see is that many procedures are only available to the elite and wealthy and doctors in many parts of Europe are paid a graft in an envelope. You can't get nurses or even a hospital bed without a bribe.

You're also at the mercy of their annual budgeting constraints. In Canada, Great Britain and other countries where they have government healthcare once funding runs out for certain procedures, operations, etc etc, you just can't get them until the next year. And many people can't wait till next yr. People mocked Sarah Palin (and others) for her commentary on various government run healthcare programs for mentioning "death squads" but that's exactly what it is. The government decides who lives and who dies basically. Older people go to the back of the line for healthcare in most instances. It also just happened (and made world news) with the UK ruling that an infant child had to be removed from life support/care to live, the parents got the child citizenship in Italy so care could continue and the British government refused to allow the child to leave their hospital system, and the child died within days.
In addition, I don't know if they still exist, but there used to be for-profit based Canadian companies who's sole purpose was helping Canadian citizens obtain care in the US for cash.
Lastly, the vast majority of countries where they have government healthcare, their elites and government leaders all come to the US for advanced medical care anyway, which by itself should tell people all they need to know.
