I finally got my CCW after 2 years in the process. I have had my open carry for over a decade.
I qualified with my S&W Shield that I bought specifically for my CCW. But after shooting it the first time at my qualifying shoot I have determined that it’s not very user friendly for a left handed shooter.
Do any of you have/carry the Springfield Armory Hellcat?
I checked one out at the local gun shop and strangely enough I really like the sights. Plus it will allow me to carry 10+1 instead of 8+1 like my shield.
I don't get that feeling, and I can only speak to the P365XL. For me the problem is the distance from my grip to the trigger is too short and I have too much finger on the trigger - I am not sure I am explaining it right. It is not a natural feeling and I have a tendency to pull the gun to one side when I squeeze the trigger. But the P365XL is a good size for concealed carry. I might be a great gun for someone with smaller hands or a chick.I have never liked any Sig. The grips always feel like I’m gripping a baseball bat. So I stopped looking at them altogether.
I'm showing this post to Newsome, you're in deep shit buddyI’m looking at the Springfield Hellcat, or now the Canik MC9 is CA Compliant and available here finally.
I love the sights on the Hellcat and the way it feels. But it also is not left hand friendly, although it seems much better than my Shield.
The Canik has Ambi controls (slide release) and the mag release can be switch to the other side as well.
Anyone have any experience with Canik? Specifically the MC9?
they should charge them with utter stupidity and a needless, frivolous lawsuitwe gotta quit coddling people, if the judge is worth a shit, he'll toss the case out before it starts and admonish them for having the audacity to bring the case in the first place
