Think again.

Ongoing all weekend.

I am fine with it. The mantra at the zone was love everything, here it's hate everything.

I am in the middle, I was over there and I am here. I find all the homer realist schtick to be tremendously stupid.

I'm in the middle with Theebs also.

We're sitting next to each other. Sometimes our legs touch, but its always on accident and it's never awkward.

I heart Frederick. I like Randle and Pablo. I lean towards liking Hollowayman. JJ Wilcox is a piece of shit.

Disappointed we didn't go heavier along the lines, but it is what it is.

Still waiting on one of you to call me and say it to my face.

Middy is the perfect example to use in this argument

Middy liked the first and second picks but didn't really like the rest be cause he felt they didn't address our needs

Is he negative or a homer?

I think he is a realistic fan who cares about the direction of the team and gives an honest evaluation #callmelaterforablumpkinmiddy

I see too many people that don't have the ability to do that in these forums. Its all or nothing Just like in there politics. One side or the other.

I liked the actual players we drafted. I just felt we didn't get good value in where we picked them

Dblair says nothing will make me happy. Couldn't be further from the truth

theebs complains about the team constantly tbh. there was a time there where I almost lost my fire because he was so down in the dumps. like when women share their cycle?

I agree with that regarding Theebs.

I said it last year. When Theebs is down in the dumps about the team. We must really be fucked, because he wants so badly for the team to do well

things I don't like I will point out and have repeatedly. I mean I spent all of last year saying we are going 7-9 and then I was happy we beat the giants to start the season and I had the homer schtick thrown at me. Normally I don't care, usually the people that fling that around are people that I could care less about their opinions on football. When guys like cmd do it, its annoying and I tire of it.

when there are things I appreciate about the team I will say that also.

I said all offseason, we needed two offensive lineman, one defensive lineman, a tight end, a running back, a wr who could play on the outside and learn both wr positions and a safety. I wanted fluker, I thought a young tackle would solve a huge problem here and we could manage the interior if we had to........Sucks we didn't get him. Should I throw a fit about it? No and I wont. We didn't get the defensive lineman which is going to hurt us at some point this season, lissmore can only do so much as a rotational player inside, same with bass.

but the rest were drafted and I like them, again, the corner and safety I have no opinion on have to see them in the preseason against real nfl players first.

and I still don't like the trade, it seemed like we just settled with what was offered and went back. I agree with what norm said initially, we should have got 34 and 61. After hearing jerry point out the extra fifth year because he was taken in the first round it must have been the reason they took 31 and 74. Also, are we really sure Baltimore would not have taken Frederick at 32? Didn't birk retire? Wouldn't Frederick fit the mold of a Baltimore lineman perfectly?

Like I said on Saturday night. When escobar, randle, Frederick and Williams are on the field this summer making plays and helping us score points I am going to be really happy and the guys who want to bitch will still be bitching.

I think the point is we had enough holes on this team so that there was almost no position we could pick where it would be a waste.

We didn't go after the DL which may have seemed like one of the biggest needs, but in terms of budget that is also our most expensive unit already I think. So the investment has been made, it's can these guys play now?

There's no way to completely please everyone. I think we did the best we could considering how the chips fell in the draft.

I like Pablo, but I don't think that was neccessary.

Maybe I'm overrating Hannah, but I think he would make a great #2 tight end, and has uncommon speed/size ratio.

Mike Fisher just tweeted this. Seems like he agrees with me.

@fishsports 1m Forget Escobar vs. Witten. Rookie TEs will be challenged enuf trying to take #Cowboys snaps away from @JamesHanna84

We'll still need two good tight ends when Witten retires or slows significantly. Unless there was a good OL available, I'm not too mad about the pick.

I do hope this is the last tight end pick in the 2nd round for the next 10 years though.

Of course not, but if we had drafted three 0-linemen, two d-linemen, a safety and a WR, there'd be a lot less anxiousness.

then when two of those OL can't get on the field cuz they're later round projects, only one DL gets on sparingly because we have a steady lineup ahead of him and Lance Dunbar is our #1 back and our kick coverage is terrible because we have noone to play STs...

the draft fell how it fell. All of our picks were at positions that were varying degrees of "need".
