Green flag drop moved up one hour due to forecast thunderstorms arriving after 4pm. Right now it's partly cloudy and 81, light wind.

Trump has arrived aboard Air Force 1 and has entered "the beast" armored limo for his trip to the speedway. He will be attending the race today. Green flag dropping soon.

Trump to lead pace car for first 2-3 pace laps. During national anthem they showed Trump saluting the flag and the crowd roared.

I couldn't hang with all the weather delays but what i did get to see was fun.

I like CWs coverage much better than FOX, CW had the Xfinity cars at Daytona race yesterday.

All-star race today at 4:30 CST at the legendary North Wilkesboro speedway. FS1. BEEEEEE THERE!!!

Starting now is the all star open - two spots are left for the 250 mile A-main tonight and the open decides which two drivers qualify out of the 22 running this B-main "hooligan" 100 lap shootout.

Place is packed. This is good ole NASCAR.

Joe Nemechek's kid John Hunter Nemechek finished 2nd in the B main just now and is in the big dance tonight.

The A main tonight used to be called The Winston. The government stopped tobacco sponsorships so now it's just called the all star race but it still awards ONE MILLION DOLLARS to the winner.
