He had a good game last week. Couple of catches too.

If he can show this type of effort is the norm on ST, he might force the Cowboys into keeping 6 WR's. I think Camden Brown has made the 53 but so far he hasn't done much on ST. He'd probably be inactive every week this season as the 5th WR (barring injuries). Mingo could be active as the 5th WR while Brown uses an inactive spot as the 6th WR. Mingo also adds a little value as a good blocking WR.

Good chance he can seal up a spot on the 53 with a solid game tomorrow night. Will be interesting to see if he gets snaps ahead of Markese Bell.

I regret to inform you that the DMN predicts he'll be cut.

Malik Hooker, Jalen Thompson, P.J. Locke, Markquese Bell, Reddy Steward
Notable cuts:
Alijah Clark, Julius Wood
Briefly: Steward might be the Malik Davis of defense. He's someone the Cowboys respect, someone who's gritty, and someone who just plays well. He showed it against the Seahawks. Steward also brings versatility in the secondary. He could also play nickel corner in addition to safety.
Wild card: Wood and Clark would be tough to put through waivers. They both continue to play well. Wood especially had some big moments against the Seahawks.

Hooker is really the one that needs to go, but they won't do it.

Old, painfully slow, doesn't make plays and last yr became a bad tackler. Makes too much money to be this mediocre.
